In particular, NASHERO has implemented a data protection governance framework that applies across its companies located in the European Economic Area (EEA), to ensure that as far as possible, it complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. This includes standard procedures for handling personal information, privacy notices, data processor agreements, intra-group data transfer security and processing arrangements, a data inventory containing records of how NASHERO processes personal data and the provision of training to its employees.
